What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive your name, email address, company, budget range, and whatever you write in the message. We do not use third-party analytics on passionfrut.ai.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry, scope potential work, and continue the conversation if a project starts. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Client work

During an engagement, we may have access to your product data, source code, and infrastructure. That access is governed by the agreement we sign with you, and we treat all client information as confidential. We do not use client data to train shared models.

AI tools

We use AI coding and design tools in our workflow. Code and content you share with us under an active engagement is not used to train public models. If you have specific requirements about which tools may touch your data, raise them at the start and we will accommodate them.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. We use local storage for interface state where useful. No advertising networks are loaded.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as makes sense to continue a conversation, and delete it on request. Client work artifacts are retained per the agreement.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us by emailing admin@passionfrut.ai.
